The Culinarium

I finally managed to learn how to cook properly while working on the photographs for this book. The Culinarium is a manual for the craft of cooking. It was created by Zdeněk Pohlreich and complemented by my photographs. Some of the cooking techniques are more complex and that is why I decided to show them in the simplest way possible in the photographs. As is often said “There is beauty in simplicity.”
