Italy
This trip was very unique because I took it together with Riccardo Lucque, an Italian restorer living in Prague. Riccardo is a very warm, bubbly and honest person. Together we visited his friends who are farmers, butchers, producers of cheese and restorers, whom we also photographed for his cookbook. We were travelling mainly around the Marche region. This trip reassured me that there are still places where the world is still as it should be.
