A Vietnamese Cookbook

It is the year 2016 and I am setting out on a ten-day journey to Vietnam. I am accompanying Tuan and Lan who are two Vietnamese living in the Czech Republic and who own a chain of excellent restaurants in Prague. We are on our way to photograph their family, to get inspiration and feel ready to take pictures of dishes when back in Prague. The whole trip is short but very intensive. Many sensations and experiences from the trip are helpful when photographing the dishes.
